CTRL, INC. provides assistance for formerly incarcerated or dishonorably discharged military personnel to develop job history, work experience, business building information that can be used to build their own businesses and the possibility to give other convicted felons and ex-military a second chance at life and the pursuit of happiness.
CTRL, INC. believes that disregard for rules, law, and life provides avenues to help ex-cons and/or dishonorably discharged military personnel to turn failure and disregard around to a success, creating a healthy disregard. Three main reasons why ex-offenders make the best workers and entrepreneurs are 1. They're expert boot strappers 2. They are comfortable with unknown situations 3. Most likely to have a healthy disregard for the rules, for enlightened inmate or ex-military who can harness his or her ambition and direct it toward a positive goal. Disregard can be the ultimate power. Choptime Restorative Living provides transitional temporary housing and job placement opportunities for homeless men and women who participated in vocational trades and or programs that are re-entry orientated for those that are being recently released from prison for non-violent offenses.
We also provide transitional temporary housing and job placement opportunities for men and women who have been dishonarably discharged from the U.S military for non-violent offenses.
CTRL, INC. believes that people with such backgrounds can and do succeed in the work place when given the opportunity. CTRL, INC. believes that the Federal Bonding Program can be used as a hiring incentive tool for qualified participants of its program. Participants that will benefit from the Federal Bonding Program are;
- Justice-involved Men, Women and youth
-People in recovery from substance abuse
-TANF recipients
- Individuals with poor credit records
- Economically disadvantaged youth and adults with little or no work history, and
- People dishonorably discharged from the military
